さて、フィレンツェ(Firenze)。実は今回の商用旅行、最初の予定では現地に日曜日(7月24日)に到着予定で計画したが、翌日からすぐに客先訪問ではちょっときついのではないか、時差調整に一日入れようということとなり、そのために現地で一日の自由日が出来た。それが日曜日(7月24日)だ。渡航前からこの日に何をしようということとなり、フィレンツェ(Firenze)あるいはベニス(Venezia)が近場だから、どこかに行こうとなり、結局フィレンツェ(Firenze)に行くこととなった。

遅々として進まないイタリア・ドイツの旅、次は先の記事（http://travelling.blog.so-net.ne.jp/2011-08-12）の翌日（2011年7月24日）の日曜日に、近郊のフィレンツェ(Firenze)に観光に行ったときのものである。

Dear HTC CEO Mr. Peter Chou,
As a long time user of HTC products, I am hoping you realize how much of your users worldwide are awaiting to obtain useable Sync software with Microsoft Outlook.
Just releasing your product to the market or your worldwide loyal users without providing at least useable utility, I believe it is not a proper conduct as a world renown company to do.
It is no question that HTC must know that a major portion of your potential customers of Android Smart Phones including this Softbank X001HT will use the phone with Microsoft Outlook for their business or as personal data assistance.
If so, again, releasing the products without useable utility is something that make users believe that HTC may not be a good company to deal with.
It is not too late of course to cure such feeling in users if HTC shows sincere attitude for such mistake. You may consider providing some platform or SDK for software companies for them to develop Sync software that can be used in series of Android Smart Phones.
Here is what I would like to see:
- Software to be light (no resource eater)
- Sync should cover all Outlook properties including Contract Group, task, etc.
- Sync should be possible over USB, Bluetooth and Wireless
The above is nothing but all essential functions that Smart Phone users will expect in the products to come with, as you know.
