ホヤラーメン・冷やし中華 @ 笹屋さん [食事]
Again, same article, almost, from FB.
Because I did not have any idea how Hoya (ホヤ・海鞘) is called in English so I checked Internet and found it is called Sea Squirt. Sea Pineapple is my other name I have been using to explain Hoya every time when I had this with people from overseas. My wife and I had a walk and shop in Sendai Downtown today and had these delicious noodles with Hoya at the small restaurant called Sasa-Ya.
